Three months ago I saw this really nice picture on Instagram but unfortunately I forgot it. Yesterday when we were shopping, I saw the puff pastry in the fridge and the picture popped into my head.
Of course I bought the puff pastry and today I tried the recipe. And here it is.

RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 packages of puff pastry
1 to 2 packages of raspberries
1 package of vanilla ice cream
The things you will need:
makes about 15 hearts
2 different sized heart shaped cookie cutters
parchment paper
baking tray
small Bowl
fork
Preheat the oven on 220° C.
Take out one package of the puff pastry and roll it up. Now get your bigger heart shaped cookie cutters and cut out as many hearts as possible. Don't start in the middle because you won't be able to cut out as many. Start on the side and work your way up in rows and use as little space as possible. If you are done with the first box get out the second one and repeat the first few steps. If you are now done cutting out all the hearts with the cutters count them and put half of all the hearts into the fridge. If there is an uneven number, put one more in the fridge. You can directly continue with the left-over hearts. Take the small heart shaped cookie cutter and cut out some hearts from the center of the bigger hearts. You will not need the smaller hearts, but don't throw them away, just bake them with the other hearts later. If you are now finished you can take out the other half of all the hearts. Get your fork and softly push it into the pastry of the whole hearts. After that, put one heart with a hole onto a whole heart. Do that with all of your heart shaped puff pastries. Bake them in the oven for 6-10 minutes. Look into the oven every minute and take them out if you think they are perfect. While they cool down we are making the Raspberry-sauce. Get your bowl and put the Raspberries into it. Mash them with your fork until you like the consistence. Put the heart on a plate and decorate with Ice cream and Raspberry sauce.
Enjoy!!
