So a few days ago we were in one of my favorite shops called Avoca. We met this wonderful Woman called Susan Jane White and she wrote one of my favorite cookbooks and this is one of the Recipes tried first. But I changed the recipe a little bit so it's vegan. I hope you enjoy!!

Recipe
Ingredients:
200g crunchy peanut butter
100g sugar (I used coconut sugar)
4 tablespoons milled chia seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 to 1 banana
Preheat the oven to 180° C/ 160° C fan/ 350° F. Line two baking trays
with parchment papers.
Blend all the ingredients together a large bowl with a fork. Roll into little
ping-pong balls with your hands and place them on the lined trays.
Do not flatten the balls, they will flatten naturally when the heat hits them.
Bake for 10-12, before they turn darker or crisp. Don't panic if they appear soft - you're
on the right way because they harden once they are cooled down.
Resist the temptation to wolf them hot from the oven. I'm still nursing my sore tongue.
Enjoy!!
